Friendly, knowledgeable support. Packed bike for shipping across country. Arrived in perfect condition. They even put tape on the seat bar so that I knew exactly the prior seat height I liked. Very helpful for quick reassembly and ride, store has excellent selection as well for bikes and accessories.

Fantastic service. Extremely knowledgeable staff. They didn’t have 2/3 bikes my family wanted at the Franklin store so they got them for us at the Murfreesboro store and delivered them to our house. This store is top notch and would highly recommend.

Everyone I've interacted with at the Franklin Trek store has been friendly and competent. They don't try to "hard sell" you on anything in the store, which is great. I bought my bike there and have had it serviced a couple of times and have been very pleased with their work!
