Great store to do business with . I went in with a tire issue and in need of a tune up and they got my bike right in , explained everything and gave me tire options . Very pleased with everything and the fact that it is a real friendly store to do business at. I bought my bike from Suzanne and really enjoy it . Her advise was spot on on the specs of the bike ! Glad there are still great stores like TREK- Geneva . Thank you , Mark Henderson

Very friendly and over exceeded what I paid for. Today was the first time in years I’m genuinely impressed and very grateful for the service I received. After a mixup on the phone yesterday, today I woke up and my problem was fixed I didn’t have to feel like I was asking too much. We are all humans and I had a very frustrating day yesterday and for once I’m very happy and very very sorry for any confusion. I was upset and now I feel completely opposite today. I will definitely be recommending them and returning for any issues

We had an issue with two electric bikes after a heavy rain storm, they would not boot up, dead in the water. The service was excellent, issues were resolved within an hour and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend sales and service.
