Listen! I have to make this specifically about the customer service here. I haven’t experienced any anything like this ever when coming into any shop especially as a beginner. I called asking questions about getting fitted for a bike and first spoke to Thomas. He assured that they do proper bike fits and can try a bike out. I set aside a day to stop by and in the mean time went to another shops to keep my options open and felt the people at that place was extremely dismissive. So, came to Trek Elmwood and had no intentions on buying a bike and walked out the store with one ordered. Thomas was extremely helpful with bike fitting, sizing, and also showing me the small essentials that every cyclist needs. He kept me up to date with my bike and called me as soon as it arrived and was built by the Trek Techs. He did mentions he wasn’t going to be there when I arrived but assured I would be in good hands . I get there to pick up the bike and was greeted by Chris …who is also AWESOME! And he showed me 2 bags that Thomas had put together with some things I might be interested/need for my bike (bottle cages, computer , etc) To say that the store was now closed, Chris assembled all my bottle cages, computer mount and even went over changing gears since I am completely new! I will be back for all tuneups and will upgrade to a different bike with them as I learn more with my entry level one. Thank you guys so much and yall have a forever customer

Thomas and the gang are the best! They know bicycles because they are cyclists. They service any bike. The accessories are in abundance selling just about anything you could want for your bike plus all the nutrition. Nice relaxing, clean environment also. I love it!
