We have purchased two bikes from Trek Columbia in the last year and the customer service is just outstanding. We worked with two different sales people and they were both excellent. Highly knowledgeable, pleasant, and just fun to talk bikes with. We were sad when our local bike shop closed, but Trek Columbia more than makes up for it.
