The product seems great, I have only had a short ride last night. As with anything it’s going to take me a minute to get used to it. The service was the best. Josh had been to my house and seen the e-bike I was riding. He really was concerned for my safety. I decided to swap out the old bike for a Townie. I’m hoping for no more falls and smooth sailing from here on out!

I took my bike in for a tune up to get ready for a trip to the GAP. The gentleman we spoke to was very polite. He was answered the few questions I had and gave me a good idea when I should expect my bike to be done. They texted the work was done. Pickup and checkout was easy. The person at checkout gave me a rundown of what was addressed on the bike. Great service and an accurate estimate for completion, it's easy to see why the reviews are high for this shop!

I went in to make a quick stop to grab a pair of new gloves and a water bottle. Got there right when they opened and the staff was quick to assist and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The staff is the reason I go out of my way to the Westminster store. Ever since I purchased a bike for myself and my wife in May, every trip has been a pleasant experience. The staff is knowledgeable and eager to help.

We like the convenience and feel of a local shop that is part of the community, organizing and leading bike trips and routes, and serving as a central hub for bike knowledge and service. We also enjoy the low key approach to sales and honest information sharing regarding the difference in bikes. Jason at the Westminster shop has been extremely helpful! As e-bike riders, safety and reliability are key drivers in our Trek purchases. We have trust in the Trek reputation for quality products.

Staff was very professional, responsive and friendly. They offered suggested repairs/tune-up for my daughter's bike and gave me a price before I left the bike with them. When I picked up the bike, they not only did all the recommended repairs, but they added another little repair and didn't charge me for that. Very good customer service.
