My primary interaction is with the service dept and they have been great to work with. They do quality work and have made suggestions for upgrades to my bicycles that have turned out well. I can and do depend on their expertise to keep my bikes running in their best possible condition.
I highly recommend the service dept at this Trek facility!

Love everything about the bike. Honest and helpful staff. I was spoke with like 10 employees who all shared their opinions, experience, and expertise. Patient employees who helped me dial in my fit. Jonathan is the man! Obviously, there’s an incentive to sell a bike, but it felt like the real priority was to make sure I was happy with the purchase. And so far, they succeeded!

Amazing service and very friendly staff. I called ahead to see what the wait time was for service and they gave me very good and accurate information and then the bike service was fantastic. They did a comprehensive assessment when I dropped off the bike, didn’t try to upsell me things I didn’t need, gave me an estimate on when the bike would be ready that was right on target.

We purchased a bike for our grandchild. The staff was knowledgeable about the options for her age and size. They adjusted the seat and the brake settings to suit her size and even provided her with a training session that had lasting effects. I would highly recommend Trek Bicycle of Alexandria. Mike
