Had a great experience at Trek! Javier was very helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions. I’m still learning more about cycling, and I really appreciated how he explained everything and even taught me a few things I didn’t know before. He made the whole experience easy and comfortable without making me feel pressured. Definitely appreciate the great customer service and will be coming back! 🚲😊
