Great service and great customer support. Yesterday i picked-up my new Domane. The process to buy a new bike started a year and a half ago through discussions with Robin- the store manager, that picked-up this summer. In July and August this year, we went through and discussed a number of options before i settled on the Domane. Robin imported a Domane from another store so we could match the measurements of my Specialized Roubaix before placing the order. After the bike arrived I worked with Chris to personalize my new bike. He adding pedal spacers which prevents hotfoot, used my tire sealant which i use on all my bikes, and installed tyrewhiz. After i ride the Domane for a couple weeks, I will return it to Chris for adjustments if needed, and a rewrap of the handle bars. Throughout this process, Robin and Chris kept me informed on the status of my order, and progress on its build-out. I am extremely happy with my experience with Trek Fairfax- and recommend this store!!!

I like the fact that due to its larger size, there is a greater product range. I had purchased mens gloves by mistake at another store and they didn't fit right. The Fairfax store has great staff who showed me all the options and explained the different sizes. I left a happy customer with the right sized gloves. Also, the staff at FAirfax always go the extra mile to make me happy. They held my gloves for a few days until I could return the pair that didn't fit correctly. They also helped me with my recent purchase of an ebike. Lots of great information and fab customer service.

Came in for a level one tune. Bike is two years old and unknown to me still had some warranty coverage. The team went above and beyond and found a cracked wheel I didn’t notice!
