Darien was professional, responsive, understanding, and knowledgeable. Took a complicated situation regarding two bikes and simplified it. If only he had magical powers to change a bike’s color!! Kudos to him and the rest of the staff who were friendly and accommodating.

The service guys are great! My rear wheel went out of true during a ride and was rubbing against my brake pads. They fixed it for me while I waited, which was really nice and incredibly helpful and got me back on the road again. They are always incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I also trust their recommendations completely. It’s great to have them in town.

The technician who fixed my front derailleur was knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant to work with -- he's been working on bicycles in Vienna for many years, and is a precious resource in our community.

Great bike, but also great people in the shop. They were very kind and patient and helping me find the right bike, and modify it based on my interests. The setup was delightful because they had it all ready and I didn't have to do anything.
