This school runs like a well oiled machine. Classes are on time, it's easy to re-schedule classes, both instructors our daughter has had have been great, but mostly our daughter really enjoys going.

My daughter has excelled greater than we anticipated in her ongoing weekly lessons with Joel. She loves going to classes and looks forward to them every week, talking constantly about "swimming lessons with Joel on Mondays". He has been wonderful about supporting her and teaching her new skills. He has also figured her out, building an excellent rapport with her where she knows she can't get away with any nonsense with him - no small feat. Vanessa and Maddie at the desk have also been incredibly kind and wonderfully helpful when it comes to all things administrative. They are very pleasant to speak to and have always been very accommodating when I have to reschedule lessons for one reason or another. All in all we continue to have nothing but great things to say about our Aqua Tots experience.

I really like that Vanessa personally called me to find out the issues and immediately scheduled a private class to pin point the problem. I am very happy with quick action taken by the management and thankful for the instructor who took time for the accessment.

Its a very welcoming and clean facility with amazing staff. They are all so kind and helpful. Instructors are professional, patient and great with the kids. They are also amazing at accommodating make-up classes. Bonus points: the water is warm!

The teachers are all so amazing. Sending a special shout out to Coach Adrianna. She always goes above and beyond to make sure my child is comfortable and feels secure. Can’t recommend her, specifically, enough.

We are happy so far with our daughter’s progress so far! She had a change in instructors and adapted well with that too. The facilities are always clean!

The place is very clean! The instructor is patient, skilled and a great coach. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. I love that the pool is warm and the kids can always touch the bottom. The treat at the end is great to motivate the kids. There is always a change room available and the feedback is specific and timely.
