I was in a desperate situation with a tight deadline to find a place for my mom. My mom is medically complex and she had just spent over a month in the hospital losing mobility and memory. Diane at CarePatrol was immediately available and spoke to me in a caring and personal way, and lined up 3 tours of local facilities. She hit the nail on the head---all three facilities were As--it was hard for me to decide as they all met what I requested. Diane worked with me due to my busy schedule, and I was able to make a decision quickly. My mom is now in a safe and caring situation with skilled nursing on staff for her needs. Alicia was fantastic! She found the best place possible for my sister who has been diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's. She communicated frequently throughout the process, worked diligently to serve my sister's best interests and expressed a high level of professionalism and compassion. Working with Diane and Alicia was an excellent experience. From the very beginning, I felt heard, supported, and confident that they truly understood the challenges and decisions we were facing. Their communication was outstanding, and it was clear that they genuinely care about the people they serve.
They are dedicated to finding the best possible fit for each individual and family. Throughout the process, I always felt comfortable reaching out with questions or concerns, knowing they were available and willing to help.

There’s so much to navigate with elder care and living and it can be overwhelming. Care Patrol was attentive to our needs and helped us navigate through finding the right facilities. Plus, they are a wealth of resources to other specialists like for VA elder care benefits and more. All of these avenues were daunting as a non expert trying to do it by myself. Once I started working with Care Patrol things went much smoother and I felt like I had a team around me. Alicia was so kind to check in with me often, meet with me at facilities for tours, and was always there to answer questions or listen to my needs. I wish I had known about them sooner!

The tailored personal service was wonderful. Alicia spent the time to get to know my Uncle, understand his needs and found him an Adult Family Home that fit those needs. I had been trying to find a place for him for several weeks and wasn't having much luck. I tried another service before CarePatrol was recommended but they did not have first hand knowledge of many of the assisted living or AFH facilities. Within two weeks Alicia had us visiting the AFH and my Uncle moved in a couple of weeks later. I am very pleased with the experience I had with CarePatrol and appreciate Alicia's help and kindness.

Any adult child looking to relocate their aging parents should consider using the services provided by CarePatrol. We need to relocate our parents across states and CarePatrol was fantastic working with my parents, identifying facilities that best meet their needs, and being a knowledgeable source for how all this works. It can be overwhelming and intimidating.
Alicia Campolito, of CarePatrol was wonderful to work with and can't say enough about how she made this process less stressful and really connected with my parents (and I) in a special way.
