We loved working with Amy! It was a great comfort having Amy assist us with our search for our elderly father's next phase of life. Our father has dementia and unfortunately he fell outside. Therefore,he was sent to a Rehabilitation Facility. Dad was still very wesk and his memory continuedto fail. We knew dad couldn't live alone anymore. We found ourselves needing to find dad the best Assisted Living place possible and, with Amy and CarePatrol, we found it! There comes a time when we must take our feelings and opinions aside and think of our loved ones safety, health and happiness. We love our dad enough to know this is the best way to protect him and it has proven to help us to not worry constantly. Amy heard our concerns and our wish list for his new "home".....and she found it!! I highly recommend their assistance in your time of making such big decisions! They know the local facilities and what each of them offers.....that was an amazing part of this uncertain journey! The Hatfield Family

I was very impressed with the initial interview with my cousin who has been resisting an assisted living facility admission. Amy was very gentle, compassionate and caring while she explained the advantages and listened and addressed Cathy's concerns. We explored best options for placement and very appreciative of her setting up the tour of the facility and meeting us there to make sure all our questions and concerns were met. Happy to say Cathy's transition to the facility went well and she is very happy with her new home. Thank you Amy and Care Patrol ! You made this so much easier for not only Cathy but our family.

I was very impressed from the very beginning the prompt response I received when I called and left a message with care patrol. Eric Sailor couldn’t have been more helpful! He put many concerns that I had to rest and was there to answer any questions every step of the way. Eric took the time to return every phone call and/or email and was very helpful in helping my sister understand the process and helped to relieve the stress she was feeling. I would highly recommend care patrol to any family who is searching for the proper place for their loved one!

Eric and Amy took the time to understand our needs and timeline and provided a short list of places to visit that met those requirements. They set up initial visits and follow up visits; answered questions via text and phone. They responded quickly with a lot of details that we needed to make the best decision. I literally could not have done it without their help. I would recommend CarePatrol of Northeast Ohio, and specifically Eric and Amy, to anyone in a similar situation - they are truly experts in their field.
