You are always very accommodating to my wife [NAME REMOVED]. We live 40 miles away. You always jump on a needed repair and get the bike back to her before she leaves town in order to save us another trip. Thank you!!

Very knowledgeable, friendly and relaxed- David was great! Took time to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase, knew how to operate the e-bikes and didn’t try to “sell” us more than we needed to get started. Love the atmosphere of the shop in the Millwork district. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a bike or bike accessories.

The team and atmosphere are welcoming without being pushy. I have been in multiple times to browse and learn about the products from different members of the team. All are great. I have purchased a few trek bikes from the team and they have also been helpful in repairing my family’s bikes of other manufacturers.
