I was shown a bunch of options that might work for me after sharing what I would be using the bike most for. I was also able to do a quick test ride. It was helpful knowing the price points and all the features available as well. My bike came the next day to the shop and the associate I was working with, Mark, was able to get it built right away for me! Thanks so much Mark and I'm super happy with the bike so far! Great service and care at this Trek location.

Just great customer service everytime I come in for any repairs on my Trek bike! Had my tires replaced on 10/8/26 great service everyone had smiles on their face! I will be in again January for my annual tune up and maintenance I look forward to it!

I have owned a Trek bike for 30 years. It was finally time to get a new one and Mark was so great to work with and so helpful.

My Trek bike has worked great for me for two years. My original dealer had closed doors, so when i needed a brake bleed, I found a Napa dealer that was awesome. Very professional discussion, scheduling, and a minimal charge because my one year break-in adjustments were missed at the original dealer. They also provided a mini tune and wash which was unexpected. I couldn’t be happier to have them do any work in the future as well as shop bikes for grandkids. Thank you Jim Brady, service manager.

Dropped a 25 year old Trek 5200 for a complete service. Picked it up when they said it was ready. Looks great. New cassette, new chain, looks clean and new. Price seems reasonable.
