I was initially confused about what I had signed up for, and they took the time to explain everything clearly, call me back, and answer all my health-related questions. The personal, human attention was especially refreshing in today’s world of AI and bots. I truly appreciated their care and look forward to getting to know the team more!

I love this location. The team is excellent - caring, and on top of client needs. With numerous studies backing Cryotherapy benefits, I choose it for longevity, fat burning, reducing inflammation and it helps me w deep sleep. I tell everyone to try it. Westlake’s chamber is awesomely large and hella cold. I’m a happy member and rank this location tops in the city!

Phenomenal customer service! Josh and Kevin, Lealie the nurse and others whose names escape me are very attentive, caring and dialed in to my needs. The Hbot oxygen chamber, cryotherapy, red light and compression helped me turn a corner in healing from a bad car wreck. Nothing was working until I added these services right before going to each deep tissue Massage, lymphatic massage, cranial sacral therapy and chiropractor I highly recommend these services and Restorw!.
