The bikes are very reasonably priced, but the staff and service is what really sets Crankys apart in my opinion. Chris was so personable, sympathetic to the situation, and patient when helping me out. You guys have earned a customer for life!

I have been going to Cranky’s at unity square since last June. Every time I go in there I find the staff always go above and beyond in the services they provide. If there is something specific I need they find it and get it in for me. I have frequented pretty much every bike shop in Edmonton and although most of them have great customer service, none of them have compared to the services I received from Cranky’s. I purchased a Pak Yak last June and it was recently stolen. When I got it back I called Cranky’s to look at it and do some repair and once again they went above and beyond with top notch customer service far beyond what I would have expected they would do. I cannot say enough good things about them!

I like everything about this shop and the services available! I have never had a bad experience. Staff and management are always friendly and easy going, and they are very knowledgeable. I've leveraged their Bike Fitting services, I've bought several bikes from them over the years, bought many products, and recently had an older bike serviced. There are always a ton of bikes to choose from, and the quality and value of their products is excellent. I can't recommend them enough!

I phoned ahead to make sure you had the product I was looking for. It was in stock and they put it on hold and it was ready when I got there. I have bought Smith sunglasses and Smith helmet from Crankys Unity Square. Most comfortable helmet and sunglasses I have ever worn. Quality products with quality service. Thank you.

Excellent experience with Chris in the service department dealing with 2 broken chain stays. Communicated effectively with Devinci and kept me updated regularly. Thankful Cranky’s handled the warranty claim. Thx again and have a good fall.

Great service. Walked in, asked about an item. The gentleman said it was in a different store and could have it transferred to Unity square. I was able to pick on on Saturday.
