I like that when I purchased my new bicycle from that location I was able to pick accessories and add-ons that I wanted and they were all in stock. I appreciated the tech taking time to set the bicycle up for me correctly for my height, the store manager readily answered all my questions as did the salesperson. Professional and polite and patient good thing throughout the entire process. I just returned for a tune-up and a different set of pedals, and they had what I wanted in stock. Again they were polite professional and patient and I was out the door and a timely manner. Great selection of bicycles and accessories including e-bikes. Excellent customer service for me at this location.

The staff was friendly and professional; first addressing the concerns of my current bicycle and then sharing what was available in terms of a replacement. The staff member was informative but not pushy.

Both my husband and I get the work done on our bikes here. The staff are helpful. Products are good, and the location works very well for us. You get the work done that you need. They sometimes offer suggestions on how you can make your bike better, but they never have a heavy sales pitch. They work with you and they care.
