The owner and staff at the TREK Store on Beach Blvd. in Jacksonville are so gracious and helpful even when it involves fixing something on a childs bicycle that is not one of their own brand. I plan to do all of my future bike business with them and recommend them to others. Also, a good friend of mine purchased her electric bike from them a couple years ago and has had nothing but good things to say about their business. I went in expecting to buy a $200 carbon fork, and the bike techs actually told me to save my money and that it didn’t need to be replaced. They did a quick and easy repair in a 2 day turnaround and saved me $160!

Everyone was so kind and informative. As a new rider and certainly new to the elements of endurance riding, I felt like a fish out of water and overwhelmed with all of the options. Both the manager and bike tech there were incredible at helping me find what necessities fit my needs and giving me advice from experience. Great store and would recommend to friends and family!

Without exception everyone at the store was helpful and worked with me to purchase the bike that was purpose built for my needs. I did not think I was going to be able purchase my bike, due to physical constraints, but they demonstrated how I could work around my issue and move forward. I would recommend the store and staff without hesitation.

3rd Trek road bike and I am mostly happy with them. I had 2 frame issues and BB90 issues on the Madone. Service is hit and miss.

Went to 3 different bike shops to compare pricing and options. Trek in Jax Beach was the first stop. Was so impressed with the person helping us, Mike G., that it weighed heavily in us deciding to purchase through him and Trek. As a beginner with lots of questions, Mike was very thorough, patient, and could tell he has a passion for biking and supporting those looking to start - all while handling a busy Friday (both visits) in the store and making sure everyone was taken care of. My car is not equipped to transport a bike, so he also offered to deliver it - a huge help and much appreciated on top of everything else.
