I love how, despite how large the corporate structure is, the relationship building is clearly top priority. I love how willing the team members are to engage and help in aiding in solutions so that cycling remains a joyful experience. The products are top-tier and the service is impeccable. 10/10 every time. I will be recommending all of my friends, Family, colleagues and Community to Trek bicycle shop. The service team was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I brought my Electra Townie in for service after many many years of neglect and they identified what needed to be addressed in the most cost-effective way and got me back on the road in less than 24 hours.

I rode my bike today after getting it back from the shop yesterday. It feels so nice to have everything working again! Though there was a problem with the drop off schedule, the team made things right. They kept me in the loop as they identified things that needed repair, and they waited on my confirmation to proceed. Based on my experience there- including them making things right- I will definitely continue to buy my bikes from Trek Tallahassee and have them serviced there.

The service team is very knowledgeable and approachable - I think, for me - that is the best quality that the folks at Trek exhibit - they actually listen, engage, and go over things with you. They include the customer in the decisions for their bikes and they communicate when things come up unexpectedly! Thank you guys!

Had another great experience at the Trek Bike Shop in Tallahassee, FL! The quality of Trek bikes is what brought me back to purchase a second e-bike—this one for my spouse. That says a lot about how happy I’ve been with my first one! The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, and always so helpful. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
