I appreciate the quick, 24 hour service turnaround time. That is of high importance to me. Similarly the staff members I worked with were friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. That is not always the case in bike stores I have gone to in the past. The store is generally well stocked with quality equipment and supplies and is conveniently located.

I have been very impressed with Trek's quality. I have over 9,000 miles on my first TREK and am just now breaking in my TREK Charter plus. I expect to get another 9,000 ml on this one!
In addition, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been thoroughly pleased with the entire TREK family.

I am a big fan of Trek bikes (I’ve had the same Trek bike for over 20 years) and service from the local dealer has always been excellent. Yesterday I stopped in to see if they could help me with a problematic seat on my bike and they took took me immediately, showed me where my seat was broken, and replaced it, all within about 10 minutes.

I have a *long* history with this shop and *chose* to follow them from Clearwater to Dunedin *because* they're awesome. What was a 20 minute drive (one way) is now an almost 35 minute drive.
I had what I thought was a simple problem, front derailluer wouldn't catch the chain and get it on the big ring. On Friday, I called a much-closer-to-me shop explaining the problem, "drop it off, if we can get to it, Monday."
"Thanks, but I'll go somewhere else."
On Saturday morning (having _missed_ my Friday (therapy) ride), I drove over to Dunedin and arrived 30 minutes before they opened.
Noah took a look at had me out of there in 20 minutes. A million stars.

Best Bike Shop in Town. It's like visiting Cheer's Bar, where everyone knows your name.
Noah, Adam and Margo run the place. Don't hesitate to stop by and introduce yourself. This team always makes you feel like home. I have been with Trek for over 14 years. The product is recognizably the best and represented by the best staff you'll find any ware.
