I came because one of my tires was flat and we couldn’t inflate it. They did great in telling me what was wrong and got my tire changed and they did a great job helping me out. I would definitely recommend this bike shop!

Felt like I had a premium experience. I previously went to a different bike shop and not one person said anything to me (there were at least 5 people there - 3 of which seemed to be free)... and I was ready to buy! After wandering around for 10 minutes, I left. I went to Trek to because I had a good idea of what I was looking for... The team there could not be more helpful. Test road multiple bikes to make sure the one I picked was perfect for me (and my budget). Couldn't have been nicer.
