I had to take my e-bike to Trek Bicycle of Melbourne because I had a flat rear tire. Joe and the guys there were fantastic! They had me in and out in no time. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very efficient. I really appreciated how quickly they got me back on the road. Great customer service and a great experience overall. This was the second bike shop I went to looking for an updated Trek from my old one. Manager was very helpful and gave me many options to fit my needs. I was actually in my car going to drive home and think about the bike. And got back out of car and purchased the Trek we had been talking about. Joe was knowledgeable and no pressure. Joe was a pleasure to deal with.

Great bike shop with amazing customer service. Antonio recommended a very much needed tuneup package with a new chain and cassetta. Juevon also suggested a TLR recharge for my tubeless tires. Overall, a great experience.
