Knowledgeable friendly service

First of all, I wanna thank Mike, Betsy, Dustin and Andrew. The service I received yesterday Sunday, October 18 was superb to say the least. I came from a not so great experience at my local bike shop who is also a Trek dealer. The almost 1 Hour drive from my house to the Trek Bike college Park location was well worth it. Mike was so patient he spent two hours with me going over all my questions about the bike, including showed me how to replace a punctured tube on my bike and replaced my handlebars stem without charging me a penny (due to my previous bad experience at local bike shop) He also made some adjustments to my bike as he saw needed and really was just like getting a specialized one-on-one tutorial on all things relating to my bike. I was so impressed with the level of the highest customer service that I will only be going to them for my future maintenance or anything relating to my bike needs.

The staff are very accommodating and knowledgeable of the stuff they have. Got the chance to try out a hybrid bike from them, and when i decided to buy the bike they helped me load it in my car with care. I’m glad to have my first bike from them!
