The staff was amazing! I visited another shop prior to going to trek. I was shopping for two Townie 7 speed bikes. The selection they had was terrible and they had no idea when they would have more bikes. I went to your store and there were several bikes available. However, my wife wanted a color you didn't have. We were told, No Problem. I took my bike home,your staff ordered the bike and we received it the next weekend. The customer service, friendly staff and knowledge of the product was incredible. I have shared my story with several friends. We will be lifetime customers.

Tyler at the Ormond Trex store was very helpful and knowledgeable of Trex bikes He helped me make a hard decision concerning my bike and getting a new one.

I love my Trek FX3 but wanted help making some adjustments to feel more comfortable when riding. The technicians at your shop were so helpful and responsive to me, in phone calls and also visits to the shop. They recommended trying a seat post that allows for quite a bit more adjustment than the factory model original, and ordered the part for me without my needing to commit to buying it if it wasn’t what I needed. When the part came in, they notified me and I brought my bike back to the shop, where they installed it and let me try it out. It worked well, and I went through with the purchase. Both Tyler and Jake were instrumental in this transaction, and I’m happy to say I’ll return to the shop for future needs, even though it’s significantly farther away from my home than the shop I’ve relied on in the past.
