I love this place, the basset hound is lovely. The people are nice, I’ve unfortunately had to come in here for just a replacement tube for my back tire. The last time I was there the worker asked me if I wanted him to do it replacement, I’m sure it’s much cheaper if I did it myself and I appreciate his offer. I will admit I kinda chuckled when he groaned and did it after hearing my answer, I know doing something like that’s gotta be annoying but I’m so thankful for them being here, having the knowledge and expertise. I’m bringing cash next time for a tip and when I have a car, I’m buying that fancy bike rack with the C cups.

Had a great experience at Trek! I have my non Trek bike serviced here. I originally came in for a derailleur adjustment and ended up having a couple hundred dollars of additional work done. Keith was incredible. His attitude, knowledge, and willingness to explain everything really stood out. I enjoy working on my own bikes, but I feel completely comfortable bringing my bikes here because they do great work at a reasonable price. I’d definitely recommend this shop to friends or anyone else looking for a good, honest bike shop. Great experience all around!
