I have been coming to Elments massage for well over I year I came because I have a left shoulder injury that is very painful and makes it hard to get comfortable when sleeping I have always found relief from getting a deep tissue massage.when I came the most recently Erika was my therapist and she checked to made sure I was as comfortable as I can be .I would highly recommend her if you need pain relief I can’t wait to go back for another session it won’t be long before I am back

When I started getting monthly facials at Elements I had extremely dry, sensitive skin and severe TMJ and tension headaches, and I could barely tolerate even the most basic exfoliant. Thanks to Jamie’s incredible product knowledge, patience, and customized approach, my skin is so much less red and I’ve been able to graduate all the way to the Advanced Age Defy Facial with absolutely no issues! The results have been amazing, and the products Jamie recommended for home have made such a huge difference. But one of my favorite parts is her facial massage because it helps relax my jaw so much that my tension headaches are now way less frequent. I’m so grateful for Jamie’s expertise and patience throughout the process. I can’t recommend her enough!
