Very thorough and thoughtful. The report was clear, well-written and easy to understand. Chad is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The walk-through was helpful and again thorough. The report was sent the same day. The inspection fee was reasonable and I definitely got my money’s worth.

Our inspector,Chad, was very professional and explained everything as he went along. There was nothing he didn't look at and no question he didn't answer to my satisfaction. I am sure my insurance company will be pleased with the report.

We highly recommend Chad for home inspections. He is extremely thorough and takes the time to explain every detail of the inspection in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail give us confidence and peace of mind throughout the process. One thing we truly appreciate is how quickly he delivers the inspection report—often within the same day. The report is detailed, well-organized, and very helpful for making informed decisions. We have used Chad's services multiple times and continue to be repeat customers because of his outstanding work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude. He genuinely cares about doing the job right and providing excellent service to his clients.

Chad was fantastic to deal with, we were able to get an inspection done on our acreage with very little wait time, he was thorough with everything and explained things to us very well. He was punctual and we had the inspection report in a matter of hours. He had to do the work in some nasty weather, but he still took his time to do everything correctly. We’d recommend him to anyone in the area looking to get an acreage or house inspected!
