I truly appreciate the exceptional services offered by SportsClip. My stylist, Kristyn G., is incredibly knowledgeable and always approachable, ready to answer any questions I have about my hair, specific cuts, or available products. The recent updates to the app are fantastic, allowing us to actually book appointments instead of just joining the waitlist. With Kristyn being such a sought-after stylist, having the ability to secure an appointment in advance makes a huge difference, enabling me to effectively plan my day around it.

I like the booking system change from what it used to be. If you consistently allow customers to book an appointment and get there at that time, we are more likely to refer Sportclips.

Heather at the Florham Park location is a great ambassador of Sport Clips. She's attentive, keeps great conversations, has a great memory for returning customers, and provides excellent service. The scheduling change is long overdue and a welcome change to the app/website.

It was my first time coming to Sports Clips to get a haircut and I was more than happy with my haircut. I had the pleasure of having Kristyn as my barber and she knocked it out of the park with the final look. Not only was our communication crystal clear, she is cool, personable, honest, and extremely hospitable. From the get go we were on the same wavelength as far as how I wanted this haircut to appear and the final results were fantastic. Her friendly personality and truthful feedback felt like someone truly wanting to put in the effort of both providing a satisfactory experience for the customer while also trying to help them out in their new look, as opposed to just going by whatever the customer says. I’m still over the moon about my hairstyle and I would absolutely revisit Kristyn if I am in dire need of a cut. 10/10!!!
