Although it took a hill for the manufacturer of my bike to respond, Milan did a great job of explaining what the likely cause of my issue was and he let keep riding until he finally got word from the manufacturer. The problem ended up resolving itself and he didn’t charge me for any diagnostics and he let me go on my way. If anything goes wrong with my bike, I’ll be back in a heartbeat. Thanks Milan.

I like the products and I like the service. They are knowledgable and kind. A friend had sent me there. He had bought 3 e-bikes.... I went to the North Vancouver location where I was treated very kindly. They did not have a couple of items, but they did it their Langley location and I was more than willing to go over there. At the Langley location I had the same great experience I recommend this company
