Great experience with excellent service and fair pricing I had a really positive experience at Trek Bicycle. The staff was friendly, helpful, and clearly knowledgeable. They communicated clearly and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, which made everything straightforward and stress-free. They handled a warranty issue with my Shimano calipers professionally and efficiently. The cost was very reasonable, and the work was done well.
