Je crois que c’est Benjamin son nom. Il a pris soin de mon Trek sur le champs alors que j’avais un problème au niveau de ma chaîne de vélo. Sa gentillesse, son expertise et son empathie font en sorte que vous venez de gagner un nouveau client. J’avais acheté à l’occasion, mais là ce sera mon centre d’entretien désigné. Je fais plus de 18,000km de vélo par année et en plus je viens de déménager à proximité.

Thank you so much to the entire team for the outstanding service. The bike maintenance was completed incredibly quickly, and everything was ready exactly when promised.
When I picked up my bike, the team clearly explained all the work that had been done and why. They also cleaned it thoroughly, it looks amazing and rides great.
I also appreciated the help I received while looking at sunglasses in the store. Even though they didn’t have the exact model I wanted, the staff took the time to review options with me, show me alternatives, and point me in the right direction.
Friendly, professional, and efficient service from start to finish. Thank you again, I really appreciate all your help and will definitely be back!
