Mike was helpful in looking at my Trek Marlin 6 + battery to check it out regarding poor capacity, 50-56% depletion from a 17.3km ride on the Rail Trail. Hopefully, Bosch can make some sense out of this and ship a new battery. I had excellent performance to start with the Trek Marlin, biking 44KM with ~9% left in the battery. Now the range is disappointing with 56% loss in battery capacity over a short 17.3 ride (50% of the ride was in AUTO mode and 50% in Turbo mode). Trek Heber City is great. We have 2 Trek Marlin 6 + bikes that we have bought there and like how they do business and take care of their customers.
