Aaron provided superior service from the time of my first call to the time we were leaving with our new bike. He located a 2025 Electra Townie in very short supply, arranged with a colleague to have it brought to the local store at some distance, and had the bike ready when we scheduled a pickup. My partner loves the new bike! Aaron also encouraged us (but no hard sell) to buy a front and rear light system which we bought and offered a discount too. Aaron is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We'll be sure to recommend him and this bikes shop to friends and family members.

My e-bike problem was not electrical - the explanation of what was needed was simple, and my bike came back to me with a much needed tune-up and new brake pads which solved by problem. Cost seemed a bit high to me, but I have nothing to measure against servicing at any other bike shop.
