I'm a 30-year veteran of SedonaOffice, including 20 years as a user with the 10th and 11th original users of the software. I've been with it a very long time and have watched it grow and expand over the decades. I literally grew up in the industry using SedonaOffice, and I've found there's nothing it can't do if you're creative enough. One of the things I enjoyed most was connecting with other users at the conference and sharing ideas on how to get more out of the software, so when Perennial offered me the chance to do that as a full-time job, it was a no-brainer. I didn't leave Perennial because of any less love or devotion to the platform. It was only because my personality is far more comfortable in a small-to-medium business environment, and the big corporate structure isn't my thing. :) I'm still a super fan to this day and always will be.

Bold has the best in industry RMR tracking, recognition management software in the business. Being able to price increase quickly and easily as well as dive in and truly laser tailoring your increase is invaluable. Bold support is responsive and timely. If I have a problem I know they will work with me to fix it. In addition to having great software today they have a roadmap for improvements and are delivering on those improvements.

I cannot express how much I enjoy using this billing software for my company, Throughout the years I have found that ALARMBILLER is a great platform for billing my customers. ALARMBILLER is user friendly, always on target and a pleasure to use. I cannot imagine running my business without the use of ALARMBILLER. THANK YOU for providing this incredible billing software. Regardless of the pricing, I would never consider leaving and/or using any other billing platform, ALARMBILLER is the best!! .... FROM A CUSTOMER SERVICE POINT OF VIEW, I HAVE NOT HAD MANY OCCASIONS TO CALL YOU FOR TECHNICAL SERVICE, HOWEVER, ON THE COUPLE OF TIMES I NEEDED HELP I WORKED WITH RAZAN MUNTEANU, RAZ IS FANTASIC!!
