Everyone at the Irvine location is very friendly and welcoming. The service experience is warm but professional. My wax is thorough and completed within the allowed time frame, which makes it easy to schedule and stick to the appointment. The pricing is also reasonable, and I love that I can see my wax person change out her gloves and maintain a clean/tidy environment throughout my wax service.
