Thanks Trek! We had a wonderful experience looking at bikes. The staff’s knowledge and kind attitude made our shopping experience fun. So great we easily bought a bike and supplies. Thank you for allowing my son to test ride the bike and listen to him. It made bike buying easy. We will definitely stop in again. Much appreciated!

I needed a replacement tire on a child's bike. The process was VERY thorough, I wasn't made to feel "less than" because it was "just a kid's bike". No one walked by me without asking if I had been helped. I don't have this skill set. That's not an easy repair for me. I could have spent $20 at a big box store, gotten a tire, spent all day trying to replace it, and then not known if I had done it right anyway. I paid a little more here, it was done in 10-15 minutes, and I feel safe sending my kid out on the bike because the repair was done correctly, in front of me. Could not have been more pleased with my experience.
