When I bought my bike the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I asked for certain items for my bike and they took the time to grab these items for me and showing me and explaining them. Yesterday I brought my bike in for one of my service updates and it was quick and smooth. Explaining they would be doing one of my 6 services I have. I then asked for a red reflector light for my helmet. They grabbed the one and opened the box showing me how to turn it on and charge it. They showed how to put it on the helmet too. The Punta Gorda store is very professional and knowledgeable and they listen and explain, I had only one issue of the seat turning. They explained they would take care of it. Totally pleased with this store and the guys working there.

People take time to listen to what you want and take time to look up items that might work for you. Advice is given but nobody pushes you to buy when you you are looking for prices but are not ready to buy. Anything I have bought has proven to be durable, long lasting and works the way it should.
