After moving into my new home out in the country in northeast Florida, I discovered my water was horrendous. I shopped around to several local, small business, women owned, veteran owned, etc services and obtain several quotes was not satisfied with either the cost, or the mix match system equipment, or the follow-up service, the warranty, et cetera. I decided to try national retailers and after a few more Culligan was the best option for me. I liked their 0% interest payment plan, their warranty, and their service plan to ensure my system was stocked with salt and was well maintained. I have had the system for almost two years and am completely satisfied. I have the friendliest salt delivery person, John. He notice that my salt, on the original schedule, was not quite working out and made some adjustments and things have been perfect ever since. Highly recommend Culligan to anyone interested in a high quality water treatment system.

We always have an excellent experience with the technician who delivers the water and adds salt to our water purifier system. He is always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He arrived ready to assist, handled everything efficiently, and ensured everything was taken care of properly. His friendly attitude and commitment to providing great customer service truly stood out. Thank you for the outstanding service! Culligan is fortunate to have such a dedicated technician on their team. Highly recommend! One suggestion: Is it possible to have a courtesy call prior to delivery? That way we can have the empty bottles readily available for the technician.

Installation was fast, the contract was straightforward. The staff have always been polite and it is nice to see the same faces for deliveries. We've had the water system for almost 5 years and everything has been smooth and easy.

I like to drink water and I like that you can make coffee with it. I do also enjoy showering with water but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Thank you for all the water. The man that brought our water was literally incredible and helped me out so much and now we aren’t thirsty anymore <3 Thank you Culligan!!!!!!!!
