The people are kind, patient and very helpful and they bring your food to you in the theater if needed. I do wish you had the self service drink machines and more luxury seats. 😊 Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Getting in and out are always smooth and the folks at the snack bar are wonderful. Your members website however is a pain, it doesn't give you enough time to choose seating before you have to commit and purchase tickets and it does not show you or have an obvious link on how to use your points. How about a button to the points store or something like that.
