The theaters are clean and comfortable. The visual and sound technology is great. Your staff is helpful and well trained (one exception being a time that your snack staff was all in a circle checking their phones). Keeping bathrooms and the beverage stations clean and stocked is tough, but you seem to be able to keep up.

Great quality! Drove 1.5 hours to get the laser quality and Dolby Atmos Clean, service was good Ice cream quality was not worth the money. Flavors crossed; it tasted like fake milk.

I had not been to Megaplex Gateway in over a year. It was a pleasant evening back. Love the screens, seats, and the sound. My only disappointment is the lack of bike racks.
