I have used the service department at this shop under the current management and under the two previous owners. I have purchased parts and supplies at Trek Beverly Hills but have never shopped for a bike there. Based on my experience, this is the best service team I've seen at the shop, and I didn't have serious complaints about the previous teams, although I didn't feel they cared as much about what's important to me. For example, the current team are clear on repair costs before I hand over my bike. They have a quick turnaround and are able to give me feedback about the repair after it is complete. Also, they're very friendly, and they seem genuinely interested in making me confident and secure on the road.
