I’m looking to upgrade my Trek SL5 gravel bike to an SL7. I was advised of gearing ratio differences and their application while riding. The Trek Airloam 3D saddle is sadly lacking in longevity and usage. I am afraid the material used for the 3d saddle is not up to par to other brand’s 3d printed saddle. I am asking for the shop for reimbursement instead of a replacements. Other that the Folsom TREK shop employees are super friendly and professional.

I bought the Trek Domane Gen 5 SLR 7 and it is an amazing bike! The ride is super comfortable and the electronic shifting is flawless! It is also three pounds lighter than my previous Domane. Josh, the manager at Trek Bicycle Folsom, was very helpful throughout the process of ordering and receiving the new Domane. I can’t say enough about the service provided by Trek Bicycle Folsom.

I’ve purchased two new bikes from Folsom Trek. As a woman cyclist, I have occasionally received condescending attitudes from the “bike bros” at some bike shops. Not so at Folsom Trek. I’ve always received friendly, courteous and knowledgeable service from both sales and the service department. Highly recommend!
