Mike Wyatt the store manager has come through for me so many times. He knows that bicycle is my preferred method of transportation for local errands and makes every effort to get me back on the road when my beater breaks down. Most recently I broke a pedal, I was able to ride in purchase a new set and ride out in 20 minutes. A true hero move by Mike. All of the staff are really knowledgeable and love talking bikes gear and racing. I recommend this shop at every opportunity. It is a great resource in our community

Trek provided Sunday, on the spot, no appointment, excellent repair service with a professional smile! They were lightning fast and the price was unbelievably reasonable. Don’t do it yourself, take it to Trek!

We were greeted by Mike as we entered the store. Mike was very helpful when we asked for an entry level kids bike for our 9 y.o. son. Walked over to their sizing chart to ensure rhe correct wheel size was selected. He walked us over to the Trek bike wheel size appropriate for him. Told us about the bike, their program for Trek bikes as he grows and goes to the next size up. Asked if he'd like to test ride the bike and adjusted seat height to fit him. Just all around great customer service.

I have been a customer of Trek EDH for a couple of years now, primarily for shipping and receiving bicycles. Fantastic customer service and they always do top notch work. I unreservedly recommend this spot for all your bicycle needs.
