I love how welcoming and warm the teachers are. My daughter enjoys going every day and I see her confidence in speaking growing. Also the cleanliness of the classrooms and playground. We toured other schools and felt they were depressing, dark, and poorly kept playgrounds. Montessori American is refreshing, bright, orderly and well kept.

My son loves to learn. I’m amazed by his ability to know basic math, count to 100, name the continents and the planets, and still wants to learn more. I hope his love of learning carries on through his next stages in life.

We have seen Mya develop stronger social skills, curiosity, and a sense of responsibility since attending the school. The classroom environment is welcoming, engaging, and respectful, and we value the strong communication between teachers and families. Most importantly, Mya is excited to go to school each day, which speaks volumes about the positive experience she is having.

There are so many things to love, but # 1 has to be the teachers. It is obvious that they take the time to get to know and connect with every child. Their love and compassion shows in every interaction I see. My son has learned and grown so much since starting at MAS. We tell everyone we know with pre-school and kindergarten aged children in the area to schedule a tour.

The Montessori American School staff treats my children like their own, which is why my kids flourish at this school. I was so impressed with how much my oldest has learned and grown from his teachers and peers at this school that we started my daughter there a year earlier than my son (age 2, while my son started at age 3). They have had a chance to share this year there together and it has been the sweetest experience to see hear them talk about the same friends and look out for one another as they learn and adjust to what school is. I love how patient and kind Miss Daniela is to our son in the older class and Miss Jessica has patience for days and eyes on the back of her head to deal with so many non-potty trained, little ones with such consistent grace day in and day out. Both kids love going to school and love their teaches and friends. Thank you for making it a safe place to take my kids, and for helping raise my children to be kind, curious, and love learning.
