The leaders have always been so warm and welcoming. The teachers and staff are incredible. Ms. Gabby and Nido 2 have such great communication and I know my daughter is always taken care and loved so much! The school and every room is clean and organized whenever I see it. We have loved our experience with SBS since we started. The staff genuinely care about each family and the individual needs of every child. Communication is easy, and the team is always responsive whenever we have questions or concerns. The Montessori approach has been wonderful for our little one, and we especially appreciate how much time the children spend outdoors as they grow. The classrooms are clean, welcoming, and filled with engaging, age-appropriate activities. We also love that they incorporate sign language, Spanish, and music into the curriculum, which keeps our toddler engaged while supporting their development. Most importantly, we have complete confidence in our teachers' ability to provide excellent care and foster our toddler's growth. We highly recommend SBS to any family looking for a nurturing, enriching daycare.

I love how the classrooms are calm and not chaotic. Kids are having fun but the class is not out of control wild no matter what time of day. We noticed a big difference in our son within the first week. Absolutely love this school!

I love the crafts that the kids do. I love the support of the teachers. I love the Montessori style and learning. All of the teachers we have had are amazing. Ms. Kristi in CH3 is so kind to my child and makes sure they are comfortable and can be themselves. Ms. Bre and Ms. Gina in NiDO1 are like family. I just love knowing my kids are safe and getting the development they need!

We are so grateful for this daycare and the incredible community they have created. All of the teachers are kind, caring, and guide the children with so much patience and love. Ms. Gabby, Ms. Nicole, Ms. Alee, and the NIDO2 team clearly care deeply about each child. From day one, we have had complete trust in them to care for and nurture our son. Ms. Yelena, Ms. Naveah, Ms. Hannah and the CH2 team have been so kind and patient with our daughter. They are her biggest cheerleaders every day and have helped her immensely through big milestones like potty training. We feel very lucky to be part of such a wonderful community.

Step by Step Maple Grove is absolutely wonderful. Our children love being at school and the staff are incredible. It's amazing to see how much our kids have learned in their early years of life and so much of that is done at Step by Step. The environment is calm and safe, and the children learn at their own individual pace/style. We can't thank Step by Step enough for being such a great place for our kids to grow and form their independence.

I am constantly impressed by how many skills my child learns at Step by Step - Maple Grove. All of the staff at the school are exceptional teachers who genuinely care for the children. My child has thrived in the Montessori environment, and absolutely loves going to daycare each day. I’m so thankful to have SBS-MG as my child’s daycare center and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a daycare center.
