I would absolutely recommend Parker Chase — 10/10. One of the things I appreciate most is the consistent communication, cleanliness, organization, and overall atmosphere of the school. Mr. Frank, the director, is amazing. He is organized, responsive, consistent with communication, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the children, families, and staff. Something else that really stands out to me is the staff. Everyone is welcoming and seems happy to be there, and the staff turnover appears to be very low. As a parent, that says a lot to me. You can tell the employees are treated well and that the teachers genuinely enjoy what they do. My daughter is currently in the Georgia Pre-K program and also attends before- and aftercare, and our experience has been wonderful. She is treated with care, and anytime something needs to be addressed, it is handled quickly. She comes home telling me about what she is learning, and even after just a little over two weeks, I have already noticed such a positive difference in her overall behavior and development. We actually attended Parker Chase previously, left, and ultimately decided to come back. After experiencing other daycare environments, we realized how valuable it is to have a place where, as parents, we can feel confident dropping our daughter off knowing she is safe, cared for, and surrounded by people who truly love what they do. Even things like billing and administrative communication have been easy and well organized. Overall, I genuinely have no complaints. We are extremely happy to be back at Parker Chase, and I feel very comfortable recommending them to other families.

I love how committed my son’s teacher is with the classroom. Loved the photo shoot station. It kinda shows the kids who have never been to a daycare/preK setting that this place can be fun and very friendly.

I love that I’m heard as a parent for my 1 year old daughter’s needs. They prioritize an illness policy and I really feel like when my child is sick.. they check on her like she was their own. I love that I can speak openly with the school director & most importantly.. I feel my child is loved and safe in the care of PCWC. Highly recommend! My baby lights up when she sees her friends and teacher. Great school!

My 18-month-old and 2.5-year-old both attend this daycare, and we’ve had a wonderful experience. They are well cared for every day, and it’s clear they’re having fun while learning and growing. The teachers are attentive, engaging, and genuinely care about the children, and that same level of kindness extends to the front desk staff as well. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and creates a positive environment for both kids and parents. I highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a place where their children will be safe, happy, and supported.

The staff! We've had wonderful experiences with everyone at the school, including teachers going out of their way to help us care for our foster children with black and biracial hair. What we have appreciated most about our experience is the caring and supportive environment the school provides. We have seen tremendous growth academically, socially, and emotionally during our time here. The teachers and staff have always been encouraging, nurturing, and dedicated to helping each child learn and succeed. We have also loved the many special events and opportunities for family involvement throughout the year. Events like Muffins with Mom, the Pre-K prom, and the end-of-year celebrations created wonderful memories. We especially appreciated the professional school pictures throughout the seasons and the Pre-K cap-and-gown photos, which made this milestone year even more special. Thank you for creating such a positive and memorable preschool experience for our family.

Parker Chase West Cobb has been such a special part of our family’s life. Remi has attended since she was just 15 months old, and the love, support, and care they have shown our family over the years has meant more than I can put into words. What truly sets this school apart is the heart behind it. Director Frank went above and beyond by hosting our Angelman Strong 5K for our daughter Collins, who doesn’t even attend the school. That level of compassion, generosity, and genuine care for families is rare. Parker Chase is more than a school — it is a community filled with people who truly love and support the children and families they serve.

I love that I feel heard. If I ever have any questions or concerns.. it’s addressed with mutual respect and genuine support. When I walk through the doors, my child is always greeted and it makes my heart happy that I feel like I’m leaving my daughter in hands that love her. That’s the best feeling! She loves her school and teachers!
