I love the way the staff encourages kids to do things independently. But i understand every kid has their own growth curve. For the kids that need help I wish the teachers helped them a bit more.

I trust the leads and assistants to have my children’s best interest at heart. The turnover is low, so there is high consistency for the kids. All of the teachers know all of the kids and are so kind. The children learn so much, and are fully ready for traditional school when they are done with Montessori.

My son LOVES going to school at SBS Plymouth! He always gets so excited when we get in his classroom to drop him off for the day! It gives me such peace of mind knowing all the infant teachers love and care for him like he is their own 😊 As a staff member I also know first hand that every teacher here is so passionate about what they do. The teachers are here to learn, grow and be here for the long run. I have worked in many childcare settings, but the staff retention here is like I have never seen, most staff being here 5+ years with lead teachers ranging from 8-25 years! We love it here and can’t say enough good things ❤️

We’ve been at SBS Plymouth for 4 years. The infant guides were so loving and made us so comfortable. Extremely little turnover since we left that room. Happily, both kids had most of the same Toddler teachers, and I cried when our 2 year old just moved up to preschool. They’re absolutely incredible. Our oldest has absolutely thrived during this last year before elementary school. It’s been amazing to see this transformation. We already love the preschool guides that my youngest just moved to. SBS is a home away from home for us!

The teachers really seem to care. Maybe that seems like the bare minimum, but I have never had the impression they were just cashing checks. You want to know your kid is going to be well taken care of and so many teachers do a great job making the parents feel their kid is in great hands. The before/after school parties with parents are fun for the family. It’s extra work for the staff, but it’s appreciated by the kids and parents both.

All of the teachers are wonderful! They provide the perfect structure and learning environment for our son. We know he is safe and loved. He loves to go to school (and sometimes it is a struggle to get him to come home at the end of the day!)
