Amy went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information to list our home. She secured the best company for photos & video to showcase our home. These two things helped us price appropriately & had people excited about our listing, which in turn got us multiple offers in only 8 days on the market. She used the valuable Coldwell Banker team for insight & with open houses, which gave us peace of mind that we not only had Amy but a team in our corner.

Amy is the most genuine person around! And unbelievably sympathetic! She and her team at Coldwell Bankers were absolutely amazing. They went out of their way to find answers for every situation that came up. Amy even cried at one time! Turned what was thought to be an impossible sale into a smiling and happy sale.
