I had a great experience at Fitness Factory. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a friendly atmosphere. I’m only canceling my membership because I recently had a newborn and already have a gym at home. Otherwise, I would gladly continue being a member. I highly recommend Fitness Factory!

I love the gym and how much equipment it has !! Very convenient for me and my needs. Been a member since it open. I love how they are always updating things and the management is friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work and I hope we get more machines and weights. Love it !!

I've been having a great experience at this fitness center for a very long time now. They have a wide variety of equipment, everything is kept clean, and the machines are always in good working order. What really sets this gym apart, though, is the staff. Nancie at the front desk is always cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely makes walking through the door a positive experience. Her friendly attitude makes it that much easier to stay motivated and keep coming back. Jan, the manager, is also attentive and responsive, always making sure any concerns are addressed quickly. It's clear they take pride in creating a clean, well-run, and welcoming environment.
