The staff is fantastic. They really care about the dogs, and the owners. I've had to reschedule boarding and they were so easygoing about it. Only issue is that your phone doesn't accept messages, but the staff is fabulous about returning texts.

Due to my husband’s illness and passing, Kelly hasn’t been with you for a long time. When I dropped him off last Friday, the lady remembered him. Made me feel better about leaving him for the weekend.

Our dog absolutely loves Dogtopia. He would like to go every single day (and tells us this by waiting at the back door and staring at it longingly when we leave for work each morning). I also greatly appreciate how the team members at the Boise location know our dog and welcome him excitedly each time that he visits. Thank you!
